The film starts by narrating a story from jail. There we can see Balakrishna’s introduction as Bhagavanth Kesari.

Later the story continues… the jailer dies in an accident and he says to Bhagavanth Kesari to take care of his daughter. His dream was to make his Daugher a army officer.
